WHAT IS ALFY?

Alfy is a 7/24 on-demand pay per use driver per hour services platform.

Integration of our mobile software and CRM technologies together with our professionally trained Alfys enable us to provide you with a seamless driver service for your own car.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Download the app and enter your mobile number. You will receive an SMS to verify your account. Enter the SMS code to get your account activated and start booking an Alfy right away. Or just ring our call center or message us, we will take care of the rest for you.

HOW DOES ALFY APP WORK?

Open your Alfy mobile application, select your pickup location and destination. You can also just ring us to give this information. Your driver will meet with you as soon as possible.

Enjoy the back seat of your car and let your Alfy drive you safely. You can pay through the application or by your credit card once you reach your final destination.

HOW SOON CAN I GET A DRIVER?

An Alfy will be with you as soon as possible.

CAN I SCHEDULE A BOOKING FOR A SPECIFIC TIME IN ADVANCE?

Yes, you can. You can do this through the application, a call or a message.

HOW DO I CONTACT MY DRIVER?

Once the driver is assigned, you can talk to your driver through the application.

HOW DO I RATE MY EXPERIENCE?

Once your journey is completed, you will be able to rate your Alfy through the application.

HOW LONG CAN THE DRIVER WAIT AFTER REACHING THE PICKUP POINT?

Drivers will wait for you for 15 minutes. After that they can cancel your trip and charge you with a cancellation fee. You can always ask your Alfy to wait. Then regular charges will apply starting from your reservation time.

HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?

You can cancel the booking from the app, by clicking the “Cancel” icon on your current booking screen within 5 minutes after your booking.

HOW DO I MODIFY THE DETAILS OF A REQUESTED BOOKING?

You can simply cancel the current booking, and create a new one with the updated details.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE DRIVER DOES NOT ARRIVE ON TIME?

This is highly unlikely, however if it happens, please contact the assigned driver or contact us immediately.

HOW CAN I TRUST THE DRIVERS?

Your safety is our utmost priority. Alfys go through psychological screening process before being hired. They have to submit official security clearance certificate and go through driving and communication tests. Once hired, they must take a Professional Driver training before they are assigned to their first ride.

All our Alfys are safe drivers. They have experience in driving variety of cars. At the end of each trip, we ask our clients to rate the driver, which allows us to identify which drivers could improve and which ones are doing a good job! You can always send us your feedback through an email.

CAN THE DRIVER DRIVE ME TO MULTIPLE STOPS?

Yes. Our drivers may drive you anywhere and stop at any location of your choice. You will only be charged based on the time.

WHO CAN USE ALFY’S ON-DEMAND DRIVER SERVICE?

You are only allowed to make use of our Services in relation to a car of which you are either the owner of or of which the owner has consented that you use the Services in relation to it.

You may only use our services:

  • If your car is insured with a full comprehensive insurance that allows anyone with a valid driver’s license to drive.
  • If Your Car is in compliance with the laws and the regulations.
  • If Your Car is regularly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, has all the required safety equipment.
  • All the car’s equipment is in good working order, including tires, brakes, headlights, other lights, steering, and seat belts.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN ACCIDENT OR IF DRIVER INCURS A TRAFFIC FINE?

Unfortunately, if an Alfy gets a traffic fine while driving your car (due to driver’s mistake), Alfy takes full responsibility to refund 100% of fine amount.

However, during an unfortunate situation where the car driven by our driver involves in an accident, you agree to utilize your own car insurance and not to hold Alfy, Alfred A.S. or the driver, liable for any damage, loss, and injury to your car, persons, or property. You also fully agree to cover the exceeding amount if there is any on top of your maximum limit provided by your fully comprehensive motor vehicle insurance as also indicated in our terms and conditions.

HOW DO I PAY?

We accept payment through our application or online by card.

To make life easy, simply register a credit card with our Alfy app for payment. Once your trip is completed, app will automatically charge your card.

DO YOU PROVIDE RECEIPTS?

Yes. Once the payment has been completed, a receipt will be generated and sent to your registered e mail with us. If you want the service to be billed to your company, all you need to do is just to send us an email with the necessary information.

HOW CAN I BECOME AN ALFY ?
